I know it has been awhile since I last blogged and really I need to keep up more here since all the drama has been going on on Facebook. I won't go into it though.  Here are the latest happenings here. Yes I have been working on presentation sets..........lots of them in fact. Scarlett Wilde ordered 10 of them. We have worked out a trade for them. 2 of my sets for 1 of her etches Not a bad deal IMO. I did finish some of Kollean's sets and was able to mail one of them. The other has to be done over again. I messed up on the halter. It won't fit. LOL

Anyway, here is a picture of the "Rainbow Delight" I did for Scarlett.

As you can see it is colorful. I personally love this set. I just may do one for myself.
Next we have is Kollean's set.
I am proud of this set. Even though I didn't add enough tassels is the only down fall I have with this set. Yes even Kollean brought it to my attention. What is sad is that I mailed it BEFORE making changes. I haven't heard from Kollean to let me know if it arrived safely or not. I have tried to call, but I only get her answering machine. I truly hope she is ok.

Here is another set I am working on for Kollean. It is called Rose Petals. As you can see I do have the breast collar done, and the halter is just about done. Just waiting for more thread to come in.

Now isn't that a sweet looking piece of art? I think so. As soon as I get the halter done, I will post a picture of the set on my model. Yea I know he is a pinto marked boy, but he loves to be the "Model" of all the sets. LOL

Here is "Simplicity" that was another order of Kolleans.

As you can see, it is quite nice. Also I have had people ask me how do I attach the charms to the chain nose band.  All I can say is "Make your own 'O' rings smaller than the smallest 'O' ring you have in your possession." It isn't easy at first, but through trial and error, I can say I have mastered that art. Here is a picture I took of a nose chain after the coin charms added
As you can see here, it is NOT an easy job. Plus it does put a strain on your eyes. So my advice is to make sure you are well rested and jacked up on either coffee or 5 hour energy.

Plus I am also working on a few "Personal" presentation sets to show in October at the Model Horse Expo live. They will be for sale after the show. Here are a few pictures of one of the sets.

As you can see, I love the color grey. But my ultimate favorite is purple. LOL
Some people will frown at the nose chain, but we all have the right to be different. Thankfully all those who have seen this set, fell in love with it. Hopefully in the next few weeks, I will be able to finish it up and get it ready for the show. I will post any results here.
